pumpkin carving purr-fection

Hey there! I’m off to a pumpkin-carving party (it’s B.Y.O.P.), so I’ve gotta make this quick, but here’s what I’m wearing:

Festive but hopefully not over-the-top!

Black cowl-neck knit and cotton dress (first seen here): No Boundaries, orange tights: Simply Vera.

Black leather boots: Bandolino, sparkly disco-ball pendant: American Eagle.

My little owl friend is from Aldo Accessories, and the nail color is OPI Holiday Glow.

Earrings: New York & Company, kitty ears: Jewel or Target or something.

It will be tough to top my prize-winning Boolander pumpkin from last year, but fingers crossed! I’ve got a good one planned. We’ll see how it goes…

Update! Here’s me with my Dexter pumpkin:

Not quite as good as last year – I had a lot of trouble with it – but still decent, I think!

I think the pumpkin is awesome!!! I now feel a deep need to carve a jack-o-lantern this year.

Also, I love that dress. It’s great, esp. with the tights. I wish it would drop below 75 here so I could wear my sweater dress.

Thanks! Yes, oh my goodness, it got so warm here again. I didn’t even wear a jacket on my way home. Crazy weather!
