floral tank, cardi & cords
Just the basics today, folks:
These may be a bit more autumn-like colors, but with the weather as bipolar as it is, I don’t mind so much. Maroon cords: Ann Taylor Loft (size 12), sequin-trimmed oatmeal cardigan: Express (size M).
Fitted, zip tank: xhilaration (size M) – there’s some cute wooden beading detail just under the burgundy trim at the empire waist. I also like the two different florals – soft & still up top, frenetic and full of swirls, flourishes, and movement below.
Gold flats: Nine West. Can you spot the tape holding one of the broken buckles in place? Ha haa.. ha… it’s funny ’cause it’s true.
Earrings: American Eagle, beaded necklace with flower pendant: 1928. I really think something just a bit longer would’ve worked better, but I didn’t have time to go through all my baubles this morning. I was initially leaning towards my pop of turquoise, but I’ve been overwearing that lately, and this had yet to be featured. Sooo now it has.
